A maintenance contract consists of two parts. One part is the frame agreement including orderer and all information required for invoicing. The other part is the list of all components including details.
This defines the defaults like type of contract, due month, start date, etc for the contract.
Billing Information defines invoice month, number of invoices per year and other parameters like e.g. a fixed price per year.
This shows a list of all component that are assigned to the maintenance contract. When a component is marked details are shown.
When adding a component to a contract the defaults from the contract are applied. These defaults can be changed if required. For each component additional options can be defined like e.g. 15% discount on spare parts or work is included in the contract. When creating an order from the contract for this component these options are taken into account when calculating the price.
CATTOR allows the creation of many variants for an offer. Upon contract signing the chosen variants are used for the contract.
