Details of an address give an over of the address data, contact persons, sites, maintenance contracts and activities related to the address. Possible activities for an address could be letters sent, offers related to orders, etc.
CATTOR supports various address types (e.g. customers or suppliers). Related to each address can be any number of contact persons that can optionally have a role assigned and have it's own address.
By using the mail merge functionality of MS Word letters to addresses can be created and sent. Each letter is logged in the activities.
Data can be selected and exported for usage in other applications.
Various reports related to addresses are available.
Changes in addresses in CATTOR are logged and can be sent back to the main system automatically or after a manual check.
Activities in CATTOR are available on all data and allow tracking of an activity where it's possible to add a document to this activity. It's possible to configure reports that they're added as an activity after printing. This allows e.g. offer tracking in CATTOR.
On an activity a document can be added. This document will be stored in the document management system. It can be opened from the activity or mailed from the activity. It's even possible to move an activity to another object.
